Dr. Richard L. Spaulding

Dr. Richard L. Spaulding is married to one wife, CoPastor Anita Spaulding for  21 blessed yrs and the father of four children.  Dr Spaulding is a highly anointed man who is certain that The Word of God is The Absolute Authority on Successful Living!

He received Jesus as Lord on March 16, 1975 under the leadership of the late Apostle Arturo Skinner.  His burning desire to see the lives of men, women, boys and girls translated from the Kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of light, he enrolled into the Manhattan Bible Institute. As he sat under the outstanding ministry of the late Dr. Edward H. Boyce, he grew in the Word.  While a student at Manhattan Bible Institute, he gained great knowledge and received a Master’s degree in Theology.  Pastor Spaulding has received a Doctorate in Biblical Studies, from the Metropolitan Theological Seminary, NY graduating in the top five of his class.  He attended the accelerated program at Yale University in pursuit of a doctorate in Ecclesiastical studies.

He has taught at several Bible Institutes. He is the former Dean of Full Gospel Bible Institute; instructor at Christian Bible Institute.  Presently, he is the Founder and President of the Ark of Safety Bible Institute, and Pastor of the Ark of Safety Faith Center Church in Irvington, NJ

Also,  Pastor Spaulding is the Overseer of the Ark of Safety Intercessor’s House, Panama, Florida, of Rev. Charles & Glenda Alexander, Pastor.

  Dr. Spaulding has written a tract entitled “On Freedom Road”.  Pastor Spaulding is engaged in spiritual warfare.   He firmly believes that the way to defeat the devil is by knowing and applying the Word of God.
